Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Formazione di una metodologia di ricostruzione e di esposizione scritta ed orale della disciplina normativa tributaria trattata.
Fornire alcuni strumenti per un’analisi dei principi e criteri direttivi formulati dalla legge di delega al Governo per la riforma del sistema tributario statale (legge n.80/2003)e per la ricostruzione della disciplina normativa di attuazione,relativa ad alcuni fondamentali istituti del sistema tributario. L’esame delle disposizioni sull’Iva in tema operazioni imponibili (nell’esercizio dell’impresa) e delle disposizioni sullo Statuto dei diritti del contribuente (in particolare per la verifica della loro incidenza sull’ applicazione delle leggi tributarie e in ordine alla posizione del soggetto passivo dell’obbligazione tributaria).Delineano le attivita’ dell’ente impositore dirette alla “realizzazione “dei tributi (istruttoria,di accertamento e di riscossione dei tributi); infine esaminano i moduli previsti dall’ordinamento per la tutela giurisdizionale del contribuente.
Program
1)-La riforma tributaria:
a) I principi e criteri direttivi formulati dalla legge 7 aprile 2003,n.80 di delega al Governo per la riforma del sistema fiscale statale; b) Il d.lgsl. n.344 del 12 dicembre 2003 di riforma dell’imposizione sul reddito delle societa’ (Ires),
2)-I redditi d’impresa nel sistema dell’imposta sul reddito delle persone fisiche (Irpef) e dell’imposta sul reddito delle societa’ (Ires): nel Testo Unico delle imposte sui redditi (D.P.R. 22 dicembre 1986,n.917):
a)-i soggetti passivi: persone fisiche;societa’ commerciali di persone, residenti e non residenti nel territorio dello Stato ; societa’ di capitali,societa’ cooperative ,societa’ di mutua assicurazione;enti pubblici e privati esercenti attivita’ commerciali ;enti non commerciali: soggetti residenti e non residenti nel territorio dello Stato
b)- i componenti (attivi e passivi) del reddito d’ impresa
c)- i criteri di determinazione dei redditi d’ impresa
d)- le onlus
3)-L’imposta sul valore aggiunto (Iva)) :- Operazioni imponibili; Esercizio di imprese ( d.P.R. 26 ottobre 1972,n.633: artt. 1-4)
3.A)Sull’imponibilita’ai fini dell’Iva delle tariffe per sosta e parcheggio di veicoli su spazi stradali del comune
4)-Lo Statuto dei diritti del contribuente ( legge 27 luglio 2000,n.212 ):
4.A) Conoscenza degli atti tributari;motivazione degli atti tributari;tutela dell’affidamento e della buona fede;diritti e garanzie del contribuente sottoposto a verifiche fiscali;
4..B) L’interpello nella normativa sullo Statuto dei diritti del contribuente;regolamento sull’attivazione dell’interpello ( d.m. 26 aprile 2001,n.209);
4.C) L’interpello (Ruling) interno sulle norme anti-elusive ( art. 21, della legge 30 dicembre 1991,n.413);
5)- Doveri,obblighi e diritti del contribuente ;L’Amministrazione finanziaria: struttura e funzioni;I poteri dell’Amministrazione finanziaria: Poteri di indirizzo; Poteri istruttori e di accertamento; Poteri sanzionatori
5.A L’interpello(Ruling) internazionale (art. 8,del d.legge 30 settembre 2003,n. 269,convertito dalla legge n.326 del 24 novembre 2003).

Internships are aimed at enabling students to gain direct knowledge of the world of work and to acquire specific professional skills.
Internships are carried out under the responsibility of an individual lecturer, and can be carried out in professional firms, public administration bodies and companies recognised by the University of Verona.
Any CFU credits gained by doing internships will be recognised and recorded by the University in accordance with the relevant University regulations in force (Regolamento d’Ateneo per il riconoscimento dei crediti maturati negli stage universitari).
