Staff management in the current healthcare scenario - Magnet hospitals, ideal places to work. Features favoring a good workplace. - Personnel acquisition, staff planning, recruitment, curriculum, selection, hiring, acceptance and insertion. - Evaluation, goal setting and reward systems - The staffing: regulations, the minimum criteria for the staffing, the basic staff, the integration with the basic staff, the overall staffing time, the conditions for a good shiftwork. Examination Methods

La valutazione dei risultati di apprendimento si propone di accertare le conoscenze acquisite ma soprattutto la capacità di applicarle. Si utilizzano prove di diverso livello:
- prova scritta composta da quesiti a risposta multipla e quesiti a risposta aperta, quesiti di interpretazione applicata a casi organizzativi
- colloquio orale in cui si discute con lo studente progetti formativi, di cambiamento organizzativo che ha elaborato individualmente su mandato dei docenti
Il voto è attribuito ine trentesimi. La prova è superata con un voto maggiore o uguale a 18/30 e permette di ottenere un voto massimo pari a 30/30.
L’attribuzione della lode è motivata da un elevato livello di capacità critica e argomentativa
