Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning outcomes
Rispetto alle situazioni cliniche scelte, gli studenti dovranno apprendere:
•la capacità di comprendere i segni e sintomi di una situazione patologica, per condurre un accertamento mirato, dedurre i problemi reali e potenziali del paziente e le modalità per monitorarli in base all’evoluzione clinica;
•la capacità di dedurre dalle opzioni diagnostico-terapeutiche e farmacologiche gli interventi assistenziali e di supporto;
•la capacità di pianificare e gestire un percorso assistenziale con approccio globale comprensivo degli aspetti clinici, tecnici, educativi e relazionali, basato sulla presa in carico della persona dalla eventuale ospedalizzazione fino all'assistenza domiciliare e riabilitativa;
•la capacità di elaborare un programma di educazione terapeutica per l’autogestione della malattia e/o del trattamento a livello domiciliare.
Program
• Le caratteristiche farmacocinetiche, farmacodinamiche e le applicazioni cliniche delle principali classi di farmaci.
• I meccanismi generali di azione dei farmaci e i fattori che possono modificare la risposta ad un farmaco.
• I rischi connessi all’uso dei farmaci e le possibili reazioni avverse.
• Le vie di somministrazione dei farmaci e le diverse forme farmaceutiche.
• Il ruolo dell’infermiere nel monitoraggio dei farmaci somministrati.
• Le categorie di farmaci che hanno maggiori implicazioni nella pratica infermieristica (cardiovascolari, dell’apparato respiratorio, del sistema nervoso centrale, dell’apparato gastrointestinale, antidiabetici, chemioterapici, analgesici, antipiretici, antinfiammatori e farmaci utilizzati nelle malattie tromboemboliche).
• I più importanti concetti di tossicologia (antidoti, prime misure di emergenza, trattamento delle intossicazioni acute più frequenti, le tossicodipendenze, i farmaci in gravidanza).
