Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Il corso indaga in chiave comparata i fenomeni di decentramento del potere politico e il funzionamento degli ordinamenti composti comunemente ricompresi nel concetto di Stato federale e regionale, le loro dinamiche evolutive e le loro garanzie giuridiche e politiche.
Nella prima parte del corso saranno enucleati i modelli comparati emergenti dall’analisi delle forme di Stato in riferimento al pluralismo territoriale e l’evoluzione delle rispettive tecniche di garanzia. In questa ricostruzione sarà prestata particolare attenzione all’evoluzione storica, alle chiavi di lettura giurisprudenziale, alle tendenze emergenti nel contesto comparato e sovranazionale, al fine di abituare gli studenti a lavorare su diversi piani e con uno strumentario particolarmente sofisticato, sullo sfondo di un quadro teorico unitario.
Nella seconda parte si approfondiranno le tecniche normative e interpretative a garanzia degli ordinamenti composti, con particolare riferimento alla giurisprudenza costituzionale comparata.
Program
Il corso è volto a fornire e ad affinare gli strumenti tecnico-giuridici per l’analisi del pluralismo territoriale. Oltre all’inquadramento teorico, si forniranno strumenti per l’analisi di atti normativi e di giurisprudenza costituzionale di diversi ordinamenti, che saranno oggetto di analisi ragionata e commento.
Si richiede l’attiva presenza e la partecipazione alla discussione da parte degli studenti, nonché la conoscenza almeno passiva della lingua inglese, lingua nella quale il corso sarà tenuto nell’ambito del programma di Ateneo per l’incentivazione dell’offerta didattica in lingua straniera.

L’esame si svolge in forma orale. La valutazione è basata sull’accertamento della capacità di elaborazione critica e di utilizzazione degli strumenti metodologici acquisiti nel corso.
La ripetizione mnemonica del manuale o delle informazioni acquisite non è sufficiente per il superamento dell'esame.

Internships
Internships are aimed at enabling students to gain direct knowledge of the world of work and to acquire specific professional skills.
Internships are carried out under the responsibility of an individual lecturer, and can be carried out in professional firms, public administration bodies and companies recognised by the University of Verona.
Any CFU credits gained by doing internships will be recognised and recorded by the University in accordance with the relevant University regulations in force (Regolamento d’Ateneo per il riconoscimento dei crediti maturati negli stage universitari).
