Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning objectives
In accordance with the specificities of the course of study, lessons aim at providing information and critical analysis concerning French history and culture. The course will equally focus on deepening the interrelation existing between society, culture and literature taking into consideration literary texts by representative authors. Lessons will be held in French. The critical bibliography is also in foreign language. This will contribute to improve the students' language skills. At the end of the lessons, students will acquire socio-cultural, historical and literary knowledge specific to the chosen tourist and commercial orientation. They will also demonstrate that they can apply, in an autonomous way and in French, the acquired knowledge to the analysis of literary texts concerning the central subject of the course.

“Nous partons pour la dernière des guerres”. War in twentieth-century French literature and culture The course offers the tools for the study of twentieth-century French literature and culture and aims to strengthen skills in the analysis of texts and documents of different origins. In particular, the course aims to provide the critical awareness necessary for the study of theory and literary history in various fictions about war, as well as the basic methodologies for reading, philological and cultural analysis of the works examined. (Goals 5, 12, 15, 16).

Attending students: The course will be held in French and through lectures with moments reserved for students' independent reflection and sharing in the context of the lessons. Support material will be published on the dedicated e-learning platform. Non-attending students: Non-attending students are requested to contact the teacher. Support material (common with attending students) will be published on the dedicated e-learning platform. Attending and non-attending students: The teacher will be available to clarify doubts and / or to provide further bibliographic information during office hours in the manner and on the days indicated on the web page. Methods of teaching support: The supplementary and supporting teaching materials will be uploaded to the teaching Moodle platform. The teacher remains available for support during his reception, which can also be agreed via ZOOM where necessary.
Learning assessment procedures
The lessons will be in French. The exam will consist of an oral test in French on the topics of the course and on the texts in the program
Evaluation criteria
The assessment will take place through an oral assessment of the knowledge relating to the course. The following will be assessed: the quality of the oral expression in French, the clarity and coherence of the argumentation, the completeness of the information and the ability to critically deepen the knowledge acquired.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
Votes expressed out of thirty, where 18 represents sufficient. The exam is not divided into parts and therefore the final grade will be determined by the oral exam

Contamination Lab
The Contamination Lab Verona (CLab Verona) is an experiential course with modules on innovation and enterprise culture that offers the opportunity to work in teams with students from all areas to solve challenges set by companies and organisations. Upon completion of a CLab, students will be entitled to receive 6 CFU D (type credit).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be admitted to any teaching activities, including those of your choice, you must be enrolled in the academic year in which the activities in question are offered. Students who are about to graduate in the March-April sessions are therefore advised NOT to undertake extracurricular activities in the new academic year in which they are not enrolled, as these graduation sessions are valid for students enrolled in the previous academic year. Therefore, students who undertake an activity in an academic year in which they are not enrolled will not be granted CFU credits.

Stage e tirocini
Nel piano didattico della laurea triennale in Lingue per il turismo e il commercio internazionale (L12) è previsto un periodo di stage obbligatorio (CFU 6) in organizzazioni imprenditoriali.
Le attività di stage sono finalizzate a far acquisire allo studente una conoscenza diretta in settori di particolare interesse per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro e per l’acquisizione di abilità professionali specifiche.
Le attività di stage sono svolte sotto la diretta responsabilità di un singolo docente presso studi professionali, enti della pubblica amministrazione, aziende accreditate dall’Ateneo veronese.
I crediti maturati in seguito ad attività di stage saranno attribuiti secondo quanto disposto nel dettaglio dal “Regolamento d’Ateneo per il riconoscimento dei crediti maturati negli stage universitari” vigente.
