Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Il corso ha per oggetto lo studio delle competenze e del ruolo della Corte costituzionale attraverso l’esame diretto delle sue pronunce. Dopo un’introduzione generale sulle diverse tipologie di giudizio il corso si concentrerà in particolare sui conflitti di attribuzione fra poteri dello Stato e sulle pronunce che evidenziano interconnessioni tra la giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale e quella della Corte di Giustizia e della Corte dei diritti dell’uomo.
Viene programmata anche la partecipazione ad un’udienza pubblica della Corte.

I Parte: Il controllo di costituzionalità delle leggi: modelli teorici a confronto.
La genesi del controllo di costituzionalità in Italia.
Le competenze della Corte: il giudizio di legittimità in via incidentale e in via principale; il conflitto di attribuzioni tra poteri dello stato; il giudizio di ammissibilità dei referendum.
II Parte: I poteri dello stato letti alla luce della giurisprudenza della Corte.
Le relazioni tra Corte costituzionale, Corte di Giustizia e Corte dei diritti dell’uomo.

Examination Methods
per gli studenti frequentanti la valutazione si comporrà, oltre che di un’assidua e attiva partecipazione al corso, dell’esposizione dei casi previa la redazione di un elaborato, di una prova finale consistente in un commento ad una pronuncia della Corte.
Per i non frequentanti l’esame si svolgerà in forma orale e prevede l’accertamento delle conoscenze teoriche e pratiche relative agli istituti oggetto del programma.

Internships
Internships are aimed at enabling students to gain direct knowledge of the world of work and to acquire specific professional skills.
Internships are carried out under the responsibility of an individual lecturer, and can be carried out in professional firms, public administration bodies and companies recognised by the University of Verona.
Any CFU credits gained by doing internships will be recognised and recorded by the University in accordance with the relevant University regulations in force (Regolamento d’Ateneo per il riconoscimento dei crediti maturati negli stage universitari).
