Learning outcomes
The course by law some job proposes him to deepen sources, typologies and tied up normative treatments to an ample concept of job (subordinate, autonomous, parasubordinato, lent in the cooperatives, etc.), lent both for the public employer and for the private employer. The course intends to offer a finished preparation of the discipline to the students and the students existing lavoristica and of its connections with the right of the social safety. Particular attention will be devoted lavoristico of the factors of risk regulated to the theme of the treatment, to European and national level, within the right antidiscriminatorio (kind, disabilità, age, personal and religious convictions, sexual orientation). A part of the course will be devoted, besides, to the close examination of the juridical discipline of the individual contract of job and the relationships between right of the job and market

Constitutional principles, relationship of job and social safety: - Art. 35 subordination, autonomy,
parasubordinazione; article 2094 and ss. of the cc; Art. 36 - salary; schedule, rests,
vacations; (powers, duties, rights - duties, schedule, vacations and rests - health and safety of the
worker, mobbing and nuisances). Art. 37 - job of the women and the smaller ones; art. 38

The teacher will introduce special readings in the classroom during the course.
Examination Methods
The non frequent students can take the alone examination the oral form; the frequenting students the course you/they can take the examination both in form writing that in oral form. The test written for the frequenting students is composed of questions to multiple answer and of questions with open answer and you/he/she will be administered to the students at the end of the lessons.
