Learning outcomes
The purpose of the course is to provide students with the fundamentals for the Knowledge and the understanding of the principles regulating the intellectual property system, on the one hand, and the national and international antitrust regulations, on the other hand. Special attention will be paid to the regulation of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, artistic creations and to protection against unfair competition.
