Learning outcomes
In the first part, the teaching provides the basic theoretical tools which will be applied to the wine system analysis.
In the second part, the teaching aims at making understand the structure and the dynamic aspects of wine supply chains, as elements which constitute not only agribusiness, but the wider economic, social and territorial system as well.
The application part of the teaching aims at giving empirical evidence to the principles of agribusiness and to the study of wine supply chains throw exercises and cases of study.
