Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with a specific overview of the themes and issues in Business Plan and Fund Raising in order to manage all the activities related to the business. Specifically, the Business Plan is an essential tool for the economic evaluation of new projects, both for the companies already present in the market that the start-up company. Subsequently, the course will provide a financial feasibility analysis conducted by developing a base case financial plan and assessing the sensitivity of the profitability of the project, and the projected return, on the investor’s equity to various contingencies.
