Learning outcomes

To acquire theoretical and practical on the assembly and conduct of biomedical equipment to the TFCPC competence: heart lung machine, machine cell salvage, machine for the infusion of cardioplegic solution, heating / cooling unit.

Program

Materials for Extra Corporeal Circulation:
Assembly and explanation of all the components of the heart / lung machine (oxygenator + circuits, machine for intraoperative cell salvage, car for the infusion of cardioplegic solution); cannulas for Extra Corporeal Circulation (type and cannulation sites); cardioplegia (types and operating protocols); cec materials for Congenital (oxygenator, circuit, Autotrans, CPG and cannulas); basics of operating protocols for adult and pediatric cec.
