Learning outcomes

Objectives of the course
The main purpose of the course is to present and share the methodological framework of a significant learning for physical activities and sports according to recent neuroscience and in close connection with the themes of values of ethics both personally and socially. The search for meaning in learning involves knowing in scientific terms the dynamics of the real key of human motivation. Project, purpose and involvement are the building blocks of motivation that enable the improvement of human action.

Program

Education: history and basics.
Critical profile of who teaches" the physical activities and sports.
The role of motivation in sport.
The management of the following bullets: team, training, performance.

Methodology

Interactive lectures; testimonies structured; viewing of movies.

Examination Methods

The examination will be carried out through a written test; the student chooses - five - a topic covered during the course.

Bibliograpy:

A precise and detailed bibliography will be provided at the beginning of the course.
