Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide knowledge about business combinations from the business administration point of view, applying to this topic notions and concepts acquired in previous studies.
The course is designed to enhance knowledge of strategic and operational profiles of business combinations, taking into account the regulatory framework and the Italian and international best practice.
The course aims to provide students with necessary skills to be able to independently identify the type of business combination best suited to achieve the objectives of governance, compared to a simulated case, being able to manage the whole process from the design to the actual implementation.
In order to stimulate critical thinking and communication skills, the different topics are also developed by engaging students in guided discussions about selected case studies.
