Learning outcomes
The aim of the class is the study of the historical evolution of the contemporary Muslim medio-oriental world paying particular attention to the history of the Arab countries and of Egypt in the large framework of the evolution of Islam.

Prerequisites: a general knowledge of islam and world contemporary history is highly recommended
