Learning outcomes

The course is intended to provide the basis for organizational design, both in the public and private contexts.
It aims to specialize the student's competences with regard to business management and public administration and staff management.

The teaching methods consist of frontal lessons in which the theoretical notions on which the organizational choices are based, as well as exemplifications and exercises on the operation of the relevant instruments are presented.

The exam takes place in an oral form and is aimed at verifying the knowledge of the topics in the program and the ability to apply the lessons learned to the case studies
