Examination Methods
The basic knowledge of Law of Obligation, Civil Liability, Contract Law, and Rights Protection Law is required to pass the exam. The oral exam is divided into two parts. The first part checks the knowledge of the main case law and legal doctrine regarding the textbook’s topics. The second part consists in the discussion of a judicial case among those carried out during the year, in the first and second teaching module. The judicial cases’ drafts - accompanied by the indication of the journal or the volume in which their solutions are published - or their synthetic development for didactic purposes will be published on the course website in e-learning mode at the end of each module. The knowledge of judicial cases is also mandatory for non-attending students. Judicial cases may vary significantly from year to year.
