Learning outcomes
The course aims to address the most common osteo-articular pathologies in developmental age. In particular, it will address the diagnostic-therapeutic pathways of congenital deformities in newborn, osteo-articular infections in pediatric population and segmental paramorphisms.
Program
The following topics will be discussed:
1-The congenital clubfoot: with the possibility to attend the clinic and participate in the packaging of corrective plasters in infants (on Monday at Orthopaedic and Traumatology Clinic).
2-Congenital hip dysplasia: with the possibility of attending the clinic and observing in clinical practice the application of retractors and the execution of hip ultrasound in the newborn according to Graf (on Monday at the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic).
3-The flexible flat foot in developmental age
4-Osteo-articular infections
5-Vertebral pain in the child
6-Suprondylar Fractures
