Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide advanced knowledge about the fundamental concepts of health education with particular attention to care; to provide the scientific knowledge and skills for effective communication with the patient, family members and workgroups; to recognize the different features and research strategies to improve their productivity. HEALTH PEDAGOGY The course aims to understand the fundamental concepts of health education with particular attention to care; to experiment reflection and narration as tools to facilitate the process of learning and care in individual and group work. CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY The course aims to facilitate the acquisition of the scientific knowledge and communication skills essential to establish a relationship of collaboration with the patient and family members, and to gain awareness of group dynamics and conflict management. GROUP PSYCHOLOGY The course aims to understand the different theories related to the study of group psychology; to understand the applicative aspects of the theories mentioned above; to recognize the different positions within a working group and to investigate strategies to improve their productivity. WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY The Work Psychology course will revolve around the concept of decision-making (problem-finding, problem-setting, problem-solving), address cognitive, emotional and behavioural aspects, and develop in line with an ‘individual - group – organizational’ directive.
