Learning outcomes
Acquisition of an adequate skill as well as historical-methodological, historical-factual and historical- conceptual competences, for a comparative and interdisciplinary understanding (history, law, political science) of the main innovations introduced by the modern Constitutions of the Nineteenth and Twentieth centuries.
Program
History of European Political Institutions
The first part of the course is to address and explore the main political problems and issues of the history of European Institutions (European Community, European Economic Community, European Union). The second part of the course will cover the relationship between european institutions and italian governements (and State)
