Learning outcomes
Conoscenza di base della tecnica e della didattica delle principali specialità dell'Atletica Leggera e delle meto dologie di allenamento essenziali che sono utilizzate per il loro sviluppo.
Program
During the lessons will be analyzed technical exercises and teaching methods of several specialties: speed, hurdles, jumps and throws. Next will be proposed teaching progressions for special exercises and specific indications for each of them. There will be also explained the training methods: general, special and specific.
Examination Methods
Written test with multiple choice questions and practical test.
