Learning outcomes
The aim of the workshop is to help students to analyze how the correct communication procedures must be organized, to evaluate which are the most suitable tools to use in the management of emergency communication and to illustrate how to build and articulate appropriate actions and languages in relation to the targets to be reached in order to safeguard and enhance the most precious intangible asset for an organization: its reputation.
Examination Methods
To acquire the two training credits, a Project Work must be developed on the topics covered by the course.
