Learning outcomes

Il corso è finalizzato all'acquisizione, da parte degli studenti, di basi scientifiche, culturali e tecniche per la valutazione dei rischi individuali ed ambientali, con particolare riferimento a quali di natura fisica, nonché rischi, e relativa gestione, derivanti dal processo edilizio e dall’uso di macchine. MODULO MEDICINA DEL LAVORO E FATTORI DI RISCHIO FISICO Obiettivi formativi: Gli obiettivi formativi generali del corso sono centrati sui principi, sui metodi, sugli strumenti e sulle funzioni della prevenzione primaria, secondaria e terziaria. In tale ambito vengono sviluppate tematiche professionalizzanti proprie della Medicina del Lavoro. Il corso è finalizzato a favorire l'acquisizione, da parte degli studenti, di basi scientifiche, culturali, tecniche, organizzative-gestionali 11 indispensabili nelle diverse attività professionali in ambito di: epidemiologia, prevenzione, valutazione dei rischi individuali ed ambientali, diagnostica delle patologie professionali, monitoraggio ambientale e biologico dei rischi professionali e organizzazione del lavoro con le migliori condizioni di lavoro. MODULO RADIOPROTEZIONE Obiettivi formativi: Lo studente sarà in grado di riconoscere le più comuni fonti di radiazioni ionizzanti e non ionizzanti tipiche dei luoghi di vita e di lavoro. Sarà inoltre in grado di considerare gli effetti biologici correlati alle esposizioni a varie lunghezza d'onda ed intensità. MODULO SICUREZZA IMPIANTI E MACCHINE Obiettivi formativi: Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti le conoscenze di base relative alla normativa giuridica e tecnica riguardante le macchine e le attrezzature di lavoro e agli strumenti che consentano l’identificazione dei pericoli, la valutazione dei rischi e l’adozione di adeguati interventi di prevenzione e protezione. Programma in forma sintetica Normativa tecnico/giuridica in materia di sicurezza delle macchine. Concetti fondamentali di sicurezza, criteri di progettazione, terminologia di base, metodologia, principi tecnici, principi per la valutazione del rischio. La valutazione del rischio da parte dell’utilizzatore e l’adozione di misure tecniche, organizzative, di informazione e formazione. La certificazione CE, principi, iter, norme armonizzate, fasi, correlazione con la normativa sociale (TUSL). MODULO SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO NEL PROCESSO EDILIZIO Obiettivi formativi: Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti le conoscenze di base scientifiche e normative per l’attività professionale nell’ambito della sicurezza e salute nel processo edilizio con particolare attenzione alle attività di prevenzione, controllo e vigilanza nei suoi aspetti tecnici, normativi e gestionali organizzativi. MODULO ORGANIZZAZIONE DELLA SICUREZZA IN IMPRESA Obiettivi formativi: fornire il metodo e gli strumenti per organizzare e costruire la sicurezza all’interno di una impresa.

Definition involved, scope legal, hierarchy sources, legislative and jurisprudential principles of safety at work. social legislation and product: national and EU legal regulations. Social legislation, the Consolidated Decree. 81/2008 as amended by Legislative Decree 106/09 Detailed analysis of Title III of the TU. The original Directive 89/392 / EEC implemented by Legislative Decree no. 459/96. The new Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42 / EC) implemented by Legislative Decree no. 17/2010. The essential safety requirements (RES) The technical standards and their classification: Type A standards, B and C The technical standards will apply to type A and B machines. The identification of hazards generated by machines: mechanical, electrical, thermal, slip, stumble, fall, generated by noise, vibration, radiation, materials and substances processed, used, produced or discharged, generated by failure of ergonomic principles . MM: ORGANIZZAZIONE DELLA SICUREZZA IN IMPRESA

The construction of prevention in a company (introductory part): - the evolution of prevention in a company - the evolution of the role and the new skills required for the company's prevention technician - how to build prevention in a company: the Company Prevention System, the principles of the Company Prevention System (systemic and preventive principles), the understanding and management of the organizational structure, the different levels of approach to prevention (Corporate Compliance, Integrated Management Systems and the Organizational Model) - practical cases. The construction of company sefety: - applicazioni of the principles of the Company Prevention System with respect to health and safety requirements - methods and practical tools to ensure adequate risk assessment, legislative update, management of preventive roles / figures and related skills (training and training), communication / consultation / involvement activities, application of operational control of activities (both internal and contracted outside) and emergencies, management of dangerous events (accidents and near-accidents), monitoring statistic of events. - specific relationships with D.Lgs. 81/08. - practical cases.
