Learning outcomes
MM1: This course focuses on the bases and applications of theories of motor learning. Principles and concepts related to the acquisition and relearning of motor skills are considered by examining practical applications of motor learning in sports and physical activity. Course objectives: • Understand the processes and theories that underpin motor learning; • Promote critical thinking by reflecting on the strengths and limitations of motor learning research/theories; • Assess motor function using the appropriate measurements in a sporting, health and exercise context; • Understand how to manipulate a motor learning environment to optimize motor learning.
MM2: The course allows to acquire the main techniques used to analyze and improve the performance and its determinants through laboratory and field tools. It permits to know, to plan and apply training models in different situations, including relationship to single and multidisciplinary disciplines.
It allows the preparation and interpretation of descriptive reports about performance characteristics of athletes
MM3: The course allows to acquire the main methodological model used to improve the performance and its determinants. It permits to know, to plan and apply this training models in different situations, including relationship to single and multidisciplinary disciplines.
