Learning outcomes
Job Club aims to create an active network with students, managers and experts to innovate job orientation training methods. This programme includes an experiental training with students to become more aware of their skills, and be able to define their own professional goals. The course is organized with the collaboration of a young start up and its experts, with the scope of creating an active community in Vicenza, dedicated to bridge the gap between University and firms and, in the meantime, help young professionals to work on personal growth.
Program
The 2021/2022 Job Club initiative consists in 10 meetings (in presence) of 4 hours each. Each meeting is given in Italian and has a specific goal (iniziat setting and goal definition; the job marketing dynamics; self orientation; job search; interview techniques; personal branding and digital reputation; hot to write bio and reference letters; the project; contact channels; networking and active job search.
This initiative is dedicated to students of the Economia e Innovazione Aziendale, with max 18/25 positions available.

Examination Methods
Attending 80% of the activities, students will receive 3 cfu (ECTS). Trainers will check students' activities at every meeting. There is a final oral exam that will cover every aspect of the course.
