Learning outcomes

The course aims to give students the knowledge and skills in didactics and technique. This will lead to greater professional competence in individual sport. The programme includes both theory and practice in a number of field and track events as well as gymnastics. Analysis both qualitative and quantitative will be studied with re-spect to the currently established movement models. The course aims to offer, at the end of the three-year course, an overview of issues related to different ages and different levels of service and career (promotional-amateur-professional) in team sports; It is also proposed to urge the students to "assemble" the knowledge gained in the various disciplines relating to motor science, synthesizing and linking elements for the purpose of their professional qualification, particularly in the field of quality sports performance, roles a physical trainer, instructor and technical teacher of young athletes or amateur sportsmen. SPECIFIC: The course will allow the student to understand and master the tools needed to understand and analyse team sports by modelling the three "sporting" (basketball - futsal) disciplines and the "promotional" sports "innovative" disciplines eg. fresbee - hockey indoor - rugby seven) proposed in the exercises (which may vary in future editions of the course). The program focuses on knowledge of sporting regulations for teaching purposes, strategies, methods and methodological-didactic tools necessary for organizing and managing Programming and Working Plans for Group Sports Activities. Students will be provided with a series of essential teaching tools to help develop • conditional capacities for the purpose of providing and preventing; • specific technical skills of the various sports disciplines; • transversal tactical skills to different sports disciplines. The "internship" is a practical technical experience on the individual sport and specific teamwork of didactics; is associated with didactic laboratory exercises to complete personal experiences according to the motivations and insights that the student will find most useful at the end of his three-year career; In fact, in laboratory exercises, we intend to diversify interventions by offering a broad overview of transversal content and organizing practice for the groups and specific themes that each type of sport represents; the student will then be able to use the apprenticeship experience to contextualize the knowledge learned in frontal and laboratory didactics; a part of this experience can be done in a "small group" in order to share with your companions different knowledge, skills and interests for the creation of a work project to be submitted to the final exam.

Qualitative technique analysis of sport movement models and learning strategies for correcting technical errors. • Technique analysis of sprint running and endurance running; didactic progression drills; motor pattern of touchdown of the foot and the push-off phase. An in-depth analysis of the difference of amplitude and frequency of the step in sprint running and endurance running. • Technique analysis of the sprint start: the study of joint angles at set position and block clearance, and an overview of the typical technical errors. • Technique analysis of high hurdles: didactic progression drills for the first movement leg and the second movement leg, and an overview of the typical technical errors. • Technique analysis of high jump and long jump: didactic progression drills of the penultimate and the take-off steps, and an overview of the typical technical errors. • Technique analysis of shot put drills used to teach throwing from the power position, and an overview of the typical technical errors. • Preparatory exercises as an introduction to some of the standard gymnastic events (forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, floor mat and crash mat, trampoline, etc.) • Vault (run up, spring, pre-flight, off-flight and block) • Pommel horse. • Asymmetric bars (F) and Parallel Bars (M). • High bar. • Standard scoring technique according to International regulations.
The course consists of 3 main parts: • Frontal lessons (1 class CFU) • Exercise Modules on Volleyball Team Sports - Basketball - Soccer 5; Rugby 7 - Fresbee - Indoor Hockey (4 practical CFUs at compulsory attendance); • Integrative teaching activities (2 CFUs in compulsory sports clubs + 1 CFU for group work in preparation for the final exam). Topics Federal regulations on treated sports; elements of general applied teaching: organization, conduction, evaluation; work plan and conduction techniques; didactic progression of one or more sports disciplines; the main feedback systems for technical-physical improvement and error correction. Teaching evaluation systems: grids and schedule observation; the observation of athletes: detection through Test short, medium and long-term programming structure; tools for initial, intermediate and final assessment of motor skills and abilities. Strategies and methodologies for teaching (TGFU - GPAI - SSD); organization of the operating environment (time, space, equipment and tools). Functional evaluation and specific tests.

Type D and Type F activities
