Learning objectives
Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the workshop, the students will:
1. Know the system of educational services, the reference regulations and the functions of the socio-pedagogical professional educator.
2. Understand the essential ethical issues of educational work.
3. Know the main work tools in the internship.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
At the end of the workshop, the students will:
1. Be able to analyze the functioning of the services in which the internship activity will take place in the field.
2. Know how to use observation, journal writing and case study as resources for learning in an internship situation.
3. Refine the mastery of critical and reflective thinking in getting to know different educational contexts and methodologies.
Prerequisites and basic notions
The course prepares you to enter the world of community educational work, therefore you need to pay attention to your attitudes. Participation in this course requires: - willingness to work in a group - participation in the dynamics of interpersonal relationships - willingness to share one's own experiences regarding education.

Didactic methods
Various didactic methods will be used:
- frontal interventions
- group work
- interventions by expert educators
- sharing in circles
- peer learning multimedia supports and slides will be used.
Learning assessment procedures
The evaluation will take place with the production of personal papers at the end of the course.
Evaluation criteria
in the evaluation will be considered: - participation and involvement during the lessons - willingness to share and to enter into relationship with others - development of the ability to adopt a professional look at the topics being exercised - development of professional language - completeness of the arguments presented in the final paper
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
At the end of the course the evaluation is expressed in "approved" or "not approved".
