Knowledge and understanding
1. Knowledge of the administrative procedures of direct traineeships
2. To know the institutions and services in which direct traineeships can be carried out in the field of coordination of educational services and the specific reference regulations
3. To know the functions of pedagogical coordination in educational services for children and to understand the coordinator's tasks.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
1. To know how to use tools for documentation, reflection and connection between theoretical knowledge and professional practice during the training (report, daily diary, observation and reflective writing).
2. Understand that effective preparation for work requires a very intense phase of reflection on personal, cultural, relational and professional motivations.
4. Understand the importance for the pedagogical coordinator of the ethical dimension of the profession.
