Learning objectives
The course aims to provide basic knowledge, applications and methodological tools to understand the coaching process and the role of mental aspects in the process of improvement and optimisation of performance. Evaluation criteria
A - Examination method ATTENDING (those who are found to have had up to two absences upon roll call) The exam focuses on: A. Reference text -> P. Trabucchi, OPUS, Corbaccio 2019, 3rd edition B. Concepts and notions covered per lesson C. An essay to be agreed with the teacher of MAX 3 pages. The essay will have as its subject a topic chosen by the student connected with the topics of the course. You are asked to write something original - even simple personal reflections and considerations - on a topic that you are passionate about or intrigued by, possibly applied to your own professional or sporting experiences. IMPORTANT: The paper must be submitted to the attention of the teacher (info@pietrotrabucchi.it or ptrab@tiscali.it) for at least 3 days. before the exam.
