Learning objectives
The course is devoted to the analysis of the current legal regime of listed companies, banks and non-banking financial institutions (so called public interest entities), with a particular focus on their internal organization, on all their related activities and the regulation of securities. At the end of the course, students shall be capable to understand and be familiar with, at least at institutional level, the fundamentals of the law of listed companies, banks and other financial institutions.
