Learning objectives
The course aims to improve the linguistic tools to know the specific lexical panorama of the scientific literature related to the thematic of nursing and midwifery and the modalities of reading and understanding, the structure of scientific language in writing and oral processing. The program also includes a morpho-syntactic and lexical analysis of the texts examined, helping students to consolidate and develop the linguistic skills required by the readings. The aim is also to prepare students to rephrase in English the contents of the research in written form with abstracts, scientific articles and posters and in oral form through the preparation of speech and reports.
