Learning objectives
The Lab, within the degree course in Psychological Sciences for Education and the two-year master's degree in Psychology for Education, aims to provide participating students with the main information relating to the tests most used in the evaluation field for individual and for organizational ones. There will be three learning days, each dedicated to a specific assessment area. At the end of the course, students will be able to describe the characteristics of the illustrated tests, the objectives, the areas and specific settings of use, the methods of administration, marking and calculation of scores.

Program
Three days of study dedicated to: 1) cognitive tests and assessment of intelligence level (Wechsler Scales and Raven matrices, for adults and children); 2) projective personality tests (ORT, Rorschach, Blacky Picture, TAT); 3) questionnaires for assessing the diagnosis of disorders (AAI, MMPI, CBCI). The teaching methods will guarantee the combination of theoretical elements (linked to knowledge of the proposed tools) with experiential moments (of use and practice). Students, for a maximum number of 30 participants, will be able to register for the workshop by making a reservation sent to the following email address: laura.fontecedro@univr.it (the order of arrival will prevail). Attendance will be mandatory.
