Learning objectives

The course is intended to provide the student with the fundamental notions of the administration of companies and public bodies, with particular reference to the management, organisational and results reporting processes.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to analyse and understand the basic logic of the functioning and management of public companies; to set out, in written and oral form, also through group work, the solution of actual questions relating to the management of public companies; to use an appropriate and specific jargon; to formulate independent judgments on actual cases.

Didactic methods

Classroom lessons
Critical and dialogic involvement of students in understanding the current reality of healthcare companies The integrated laboratories are delivered in asynchronous teaching mode through scientific articles, case studies and other relevant material and related questions aimed at ascertaining the student's learning .

Learning assessment procedures

The test takes place in written form and covers the entire exam programme. Erasmus students are invited to contact the teacher to agree on the exam methods.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The exam is aimed at ensuring, in addition to the acquisition of the required knowledge, that students have acquired sufficient analytical skills.
The oral test is aimed at verifying:
- language skills;
- the ability to systematically connect knowledge;
- analytical and argumentative ability.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The grade is entirely determined by the written exam.
