The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning objectives

The aim of the course is the understanding of human anatomy visualized through images of Radiological anatomy, basic concepts on the main "traumatic and non" orthopedic pathologies and the learning of radiological projections of imaging of the osteo-articular apparatus and in the odontostomatological field.

RADIOGRAPHIC ANATOMY: to provide the basis to understand human anatomy displayed through images of radiographic anatomy obtained by the use of various imaging techniques.

CLINICAL RELEVANCE OF OSTEOARTICULAR IMAGING: the goal is to recognize the most important fractures and pathologies in Orthopaedics and traumatology.

CONVENTIONAL RADIOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES: the course aim to introduce the student on the main conventional radiological techniquesand provide the knowledge required in taking the exam protocols appropriate places to clinical questions. Furthermore it is proposed to raise it to the reflection on its work in order to obtain an optimal end result.

Case discussions consistent with the objective of understanding the radiological context and systems/equipment in use
Group work with formative assessment during assessment with OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) station examinations with stations consistent with the teaching objectives or integrated with other professional learning areas

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The assessment elements that contribute to the awarding of the grade are:
-knowledge and the ability to understand,
-the ability to apply knowledge,
-autonomy of judgment, that is, the ability to make critical sense and formulate judgments,
-the ability to communicate.

In evaluating the individual tests and awarding the grade, the teaching teachers refer to the following scale for assessing learning.
Lower than 18 : Fragmentary and superficial knowledge of content, errors in applying concepts, poor exposition
18 - 20 : Sufficient but general content knowledge, simple exposition, uncertainties in applying theoretical concepts
21 - 23 : Appropriate but not thorough content knowledge, ability to apply theoretical concepts, ability to present content in a simple way
24 - 25 : Appropriate and extensive content knowledge, fair ability to apply knowledge, ability to present content in an articulate manner.
26 - 27 : Content knowledge accurate and complete, good ability to apply knowledge, ability to analyze, clear and correct exposition
28 - 29 : Broad, complete and thorough knowledge of content, good application of content, good ability to analyze and synthesize, confident and correct exposition,

Tirocinio professionalizzante

Durante l'esperienza di tirocinio la supervisione dello studente è garantita da un sistema di tutorato articolato su 2 o 3 livelli e, di norma, assunto da operatori dello stesso profilo professionale degli studenti:

Tutor professionale con competenze avanzate sia pedagogiche che professionali; collabora all'organizzazione e gestione dei tirocini, alla progettazione e conduzione di laboratori di formazione professionale. Seleziona le opportunità formative, integra l'esperienza pratica con la teoria appresa, presidia in particolare le prime fasi di apprendimento di un intervento o di una competenza. Si occupa dei processi di apprendimento degli studenti in difficoltà, facilita i processi di valutazione dell'apprendimento in tirocinio e tiene i rapporti con le sedi di tirocinio. I Tutor Professionali sono scelti in accordo con le strutture sanitarie presso cui si svolge l'attività formativa e assegnati con incarichi triennali alla struttura didattica.

Guida di Tirocinio/tutor clinico è l'operatore che guida lo studente nella sede di tirocinio mentre svolge le sue normali attività lavorative. E' garante della sicurezza dello studente e degli utenti, vigila affinché gli utenti ricevano una prestazione di qualità anche quando essa venga delegata agli studenti, si assicura che gli stessi siano informati e diano il loro consenso ad essere assistiti da uno studente.
Al termine di ciascun anno di corso viene effettuata una valutazione certificativa per accertare i livelli raggiunti dallo studente nello sviluppo delle competenze professionali attese.

Anche se il regolamento non prevede un obbligo specifico, verifica le indicazioni previste dal singolo docente per ciascun insegnamento o per eventuali laboratori e/o tirocinio.
