Acquire knowledge in corporate WELFARE particularly in the three areas of intervention: work-life balance (work-life balance), promotion of psycho-physical well-being, and openness to the territory through sharing common health objectives with Public Entities and Private Associations of the educational, social and health fields. Acquire knowledge in the promotion of psycho-social well-being of human resources that are an essential and fundamental element of the competitive advantage of enterprises and territories.
