Learning objectives
Knowledge and understanding Module 1: Information and multimedia technologies in educational contexts 1. To learn the specific terminology, made up of terms, concepts, ways of speaking and symbolic images, typical of the world of computer science and multimedia; understand the meaning of this language within the world of education. 2. To know the most commonly used operating systems in computer science, and the technological tools of multimedia, which may support the various forms of educational and educational activities. 3. To deepen the knowledge of the implications of the digital world on the way of living, thinking and communicating in the contemporary world. Module 2: Media Education Laboratory 1. To acquire some of the most important theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of e learning and Media education. Applying knowledge and understanding Module1: Information and multimedia technologies in educational contexts 1. To deepen the understanding of the acquired knowledge through the constant reference to practical examples, to the study of cases and to the reflection on "good practices". 2. To develop the students' ability to reflect on the potential, also educational, present in the use of the web and social networks. Module 2: Media Education Laboratory 1. To be able to understand the linguistic, operational and technological structure of multimedia media and their communicative.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final grade is calculated on a scale of thirty and is equivalent to the weighted average of the scores obtained in the 6 CFU exam and the 3 CFU laboratory.
