Learning objectives
Acquire the general principles of health care organization within central and local public bodies. Update training objectives and align them with directives in the European sphere, with reference to the regulatory, administrative and jurisdictional powers of EU bodies, their relations with member states and their respective systems. Know the financing systems of health services in Europe and the main reforms of the health system. Know the principles of local self-government, personal services legislation and privacy protection laws. Know the fundamental social policy issues involving health systems: minimum guaranteed care, protection of minors and vulnerable groups, benefits provided as of right to users without citizenship, interventions in the area of disability and marginalization. Know the rules of ethics and related to professional responsibility of the individual and the health care facility in which they work
