Learning objectives

The training period in a food company aims to allow students to acquire practical skills, based on the integrated use, in a real productive environment, of all the knowledge and skills acquired with the studies carried out at university level.

Examination Methods: By writing a technical report on the activities carried out during the training period, students will have to demonstrate that they have acquired a practical working mentality, being able to solve, on a scientific basis, the various problems inherent the food productive processes
