Learning objectives
Learning Outcomes: Professional laboratories represent opportunities for interactive and simulated teaching aimed at facilitating the application of clinical-care, educational, advanced assessment and research methodologies referring to specific nursing and midwifery health care contexts and problems. They prepare students for the internship experience and to develop methodologies for reflection and reworking of the experience. These workshops are conducted in small groups, at times previously defined, and led by a supervising faculty member.
Prerequisites and basic notions
The disciplinary and methodological contents required during the first year of the Master's Degree are considered a prerequisite. Nursing, clinical and organizational disciplinary knowledge considered acquired with the three-year degree and enriched by the professional experience and updating required of the professional. The prerequisites constitute the basis for the development of evidence-based judgment and decision-making skills in complex situations. Strengthen the ability to argue clinical-assistance choices and therapeutic education methodologies.

SKILL Assessment: objective examination, cardiac-respiratory, neurological, abdominal, vascular auscultation; Conduct interviews aimed at change (e.g. motivational interviews); Manage difficult interviews; ANALYSIS OF COMPLEX CASES Independent individual study and deep understanding of complex situations; sharing and integrating content in subgroups with in-depth study of content through the proposed sources; develop the ability to apply/adapt to the specificities of "each" story and situation, to argue and discuss
