Introduction. Elements of statistics and epidemiology. Measurement of biological phenomena. Measurement vs. assessment. Objectives and limitations of assessment. Subjective and objective biases. Assessing to plan health interventions and formulate plans about the person.
Multidimensional assessment (VMD) and geriatric comprehensive assessment (GCA).
Scales and tests in use in the VMD of the elderly person.
Assessment of functioning and disability of the adult person. ICDH, ICF and perspectives of classifications focused on the person's experience.
Population stratification systems using current administrative data.
The ACG system. The use of AI in predictive systems.
Population health management. Permanent Kaiser and CCM.
Stratification systems for initiative medicine: potential and risks, ethical, privacy, and implementation issues.
How to build an initiative medicine intervention.
Examples of initiative medicine.
