Research Based Practices in Organizations
The 'Research Based Practices in Organizations' course provides advanced skills in critically analyzing organizational practices and designing evidence-based interventions. Participants will develop technical competencies in using quantitative and qualitative analysis tools, data-driven strategy formulation, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions aimed at organizational improvement.

Admission requirements :
Admission requirements: To enroll in the Advanced Training Course, candidates must hold:
a bachelor's degree pursuant to DM 270/2004 or DM 509/99;
a foreign degree recognized as equivalent under current regulations.
To enroll in the Continuing Professional Education Course, candidates must hold:
a high school diploma or a foreign qualification deemed equivalent under current regulations.
