Project work, periodic checks, final exam

The "Research Based Practices in Organization" course includes an evaluation system based exclusively on project work, which will coincide with the final exam. This project work will require participants to apply knowledge
acquired during the course to a practical project, including the analysis of a real organizational problem, the development of a research-based solution, or the implementation of a specific intervention. The project work will be supervised by expert teachers and will culminate in a detailed presentation and a written report, which will be delivered at the end of the course.

During the course, there will be frequent opportunities for ongoing discussion through case study discussions, practical exercises and continuous feedback, aimed at monitoring learning and providing support to students. However, these activities will not be subject to formal evaluation. The final project work is designed to be rigorous but accessible, aiming to ensure that participants not only understand the theory but also know how to apply it in real-world contexts. Students will receive detailed instructions and evaluation criteria, ensuring transparency and clarity in the methods of implementation and performance expectations.
