IUS/17 - DIRITTO PENALE

Learning objectives

The cour is aimed to provide students with the knowledge of the fundamentals of the corporate liability in the Italian legal system (d.lgs. n. 231/2001). At the end of the course the students will be able to: 1) understand and interpret the structure of the corporate liability and the main criminological aspects of the crimes committed by the legal persons; 2) the elaborate effective compliance programs. The course is also aimed to: 1) promote the rule of law at international and international levels; 2) to ensure equal access to justice for all; 3) to strengthen the cooperation in the field of justice and to combat crime (Goal 16 UN Agenda 2030)
