Didactic methods
The module is delivered via a blended learning approach, comprising lectures in presence and asynchronous online lectures supported by slides. The slides and supporting materials will be made available to all students for the duration of the academic year. Recordings of the lectures will be made available to students enrolled in the 'PA 110 e lode' scheme and, in accordance with the University’s guidelines, to students in particularly vulnerable situations, those with disabilities or those with learning difficulties
Learning assessment procedures
The examination is an oral interview on the topics covered in the module. Students attending lectures in presence may prepare for the examination using their lecture notes and the slides used.
Students not attending lectures may prepare for the examination using the chapters of the textbook listed in the Bibliography
Evaluation criteria
The assessment will cover the ability to express in a clear way the legal concept concerning the subject matter and the use of the proper terminology . Final marks are expressed in thirtieths
