Learning objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired theoretical and methodological knowledge related to the application of psychological techniques in human resource management processes. They will be able to understand and analyze tools and interventions for selection, evaluation, development, motivation, and workplace well-being, adopting an evidence-based, ethically grounded perspective that is sensitive to organizational contexts.

Program
The course explores the main psychological techniques applied to human resources management, with particular reference to the processes of selection, evaluation, development, training, and career management. Tools and methods for skills assessment, professional interviews, feedback provision, and the design of interventions aimed at improving motivation, well-being, and quality of work life will be analyzed. Special attention will be paid to the evidence-based use of HR practices, ethical implications, and the valorization of diversity in organizational contexts.

Didactic methods
Teaching activities will include lectures, guided discussions and the analysis of applied case studies, with the aim of promoting the integration of theoretical knowledge and methodological skills. Critical reflection, active participation and the application of psychological techniques to typical processes and situations in human resource management will be encouraged.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam consists of a test designed to assess knowledge of the theoretical and methodological content of the course and the ability to apply psychological techniques to key human resource management processes. The exam may include open-ended questions and/or case studies, designed to assess critical understanding of the topics covered.
Evaluation criteria
The examination is aimed at assessing students’ theoretical and methodological knowledge of the course contents, as well as their ability to apply psychological techniques to key human resource management processes. Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The evaluation will take into account the accuracy and completeness of the knowledge acquired, the ability to use scientific-professional language appropriately, the ability to connect theoretical models and practical applications, and the quality of the critical argument.
