Knowledge and understanding 1. Know and understand the pedagogical perspective in reading organizations. 2. Know and understand the specificity of the organizations of educational services. 3. Know the second level educational work in educational services, with particular attention to the role of the pedagogical coordinator. Applying knowledge and understanding 1. To recognize the pedagogical methods appropriate for the management of educational services useful for professional development and service innovation.
Prerequisites and basic notions
There are no prerequisites other than those achieved through normal attendance of the course of study.
Program
Educational services within a market economy framework: a market economics vision compatible with a pedagogical perspective. The specific nature of educational service organizations. Methods and tools for enhancing human resources. Coordination, training, supervision, consulting, and research: second-level educational work as a prerequisite for professional empowerment and organizational development. Promoting professional development and service innovation. Organizational culture and climates, personal and organizational learning, work groups, leadership, decision-making, and conflict management in educational services.

Oral exam. The interview will assess the acquisition of the fundamental concepts presented in the exam texts, also in relation to a case study of an educational service agreed upon with the instructor.
