Learning objectives

The course aims to provide a current analysis of the marketing of goods and services and the implications for the development and implementation of marketing strategies in businesses operating in the wine sector. It provides the fundamental and relevant tools of marketing and communication today, also with reference to technology and corporate social responsibility. It prepares students for the critical analysis of market opportunities and issues.
The course offers a theoretical and practical analysis of new marketing and communication tools in the wine sector. It provides knowledge and skills in analysing the behaviour of today's wine consumers, the marketing and communication strategies of wine businesses, and wine-focused territorial marketing processes.
