Learning objectives
The Sustainable Wine Management course aims at exploreing the contexts, specificities, and approaches related to sustainability and sustainable development in the wine sector. Attention will be devoted to the various actors involved in the agri-food and wine system—institutions, businesses, and consumers—analyzing their role in promoting more sustainable development paths and models.
The course's objective is to provide students with multidimensional analysis and critical evaluation tools, develop the ability to integrate sustainability principles into business strategies, enhance existing best practices, and use sustainability as a strategic lever in the wine business.
