Learning objectives

The students will acquire advanced concepts regarding plant/pathogen interactions and technical-scientific language, and the ability to propose innovative actions to control the most important diseases prevalent in the area. Moreover, the students will have acquired advanced skills in the integrated protection of grapevine pests, including virus and phytoplasma vectors, within a framework aimed at ensuring maximum environmental, social, and economic sustainability. These objectives will be achieved through a combination of theoretical lectures and practical exercises. Such skills can be applied and valued within coordination structures (e.g., consortia, local authorities, technical advisory bodies).
