Know and understand the skills a supervisor should possess and develop to supervise a multidisciplinary team and manage its dynamics. Recognize and understand the relational dynamics between members of a supervision group. These include: cooperation vs. competition; collaboration vs. conflict; inclusion vs. marginalization/exclusion; fight/flight; dependence/independence.
