Understand the various human resources management models that can be implemented to facilitate the functioning and well-being of staff, both in the public and private sectors.

- The concept of organizational coexistence; - Job performance: task performance and contextual performance; - Work motivation: intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation; - Job satisfaction; - Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs; - Alderfer's ERG Model; - Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory; - McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y; - The JD-R Model.
